Paris iced sugar cookie collection

It’s been yet another busy week in the cookie factory. Our two new employees are doing really well, hopefully our holiday season will go a little smoother and we’ll be able to produce cookies for everyone this year. We’re about to begin production on our big catalog order in the next few weeks, and are in the process of baking and icing 5000 small square cookies to take to the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival. I won’t bother with pics of a bunch of blue and brown squares. Their not really that impressive.

So far this week we’ve iced 5 tins worth of the Bonjour Paris collection, 5 tins of Republican elephants, and 5 tins of Democratic donkeys.

Today I’ll be working on more squares (seems like there’s no end to them), and some cookies for a Harvard Medical School reunion.

I’ll be sure to get some photos of my groovy birthday gifts and get those up tonight.

Until then “Bye for now”!!
