We must be doing something right. Why? Last year a client ordered small One cookies for her son’s birthday, the cookies arrived broken. This doesn’t happen too often since we use copious amount of bubble wrap, paper shred, and biodegradable packing peanuts. But somehow, these cookies were nothing but bits when she opened her package.

We were able to make new cookies and express ship them to her in time for the party. Yay!

And because of that, she called us again this year for Two cookies!!

I have to say, some clients are much more reactionary, and will open a package, see one broken cookie and email or call right away saying that ALL the cookies are broken. Very dramatic.

We realize that, sometimes, no matter how much padding and bubble and peanuts go into a package, that UPS or USPS is going to throw that box around like a football. And THAT is why we always include extra cookies.

We also try to get cookies out a few days before an event, that way if say…..UPS shuts down because of weather, or loses your package altogether, we still have a couple of days to fix the problem.

These are rare occurrences, but it’s always good to Be Prepared!

We’ve been working on quite the random bunch of cookies lately, and some St. Patrick’s Day cookies. We’re trying to get those finished, but have tons of custom orders to finish up first.  Here’s a short list and preview of what’s to come:
