We’ve had some interesting requests for custom designs lately.
First up, some Neon Monkeys.
Nope they’re not a new “chillwave” band. (like Neon Indian). Just cookies. Although, if Dave and I ever decide to start an Avant Garde band, we’ll be called the Neon Monkeys. I’m going to play the mixer, the whisk and the smoke detector, while Dave strums the eukelele. It’ll be a scene.
And we could only form an Avant Garde band because neither one of us knows how to play any actual instruments.
All right, that’s the end of your musical lesson for today. (seriously though, you should check out Neon Indian I’m totally digging their music right now)
Ok, back to cookies.
Custom “Eat Me” cookies for an Alice in Wonderland inspired tea party. (love the colors)
Graduation caps.
Corporate custom high top sneaker cookies. I love that they don’t have laces.
Alien faces for a 6th Birthday party.
Penguins to go with the aliens.
More aliens. Can’t get enough of those.
If I ever make these again, I’ll do the beak different.
And I’ve saved the best for last, at least in my opinion.
A client ordered a box of handbags, but I thought that might be a bit boring, so I took the liberty of creating an entire Chanel collection. A classic black Chanel Flap bag, Chanel No 5, classic Chanel ballet flats, and Coco’s signature flower the white camelia.
This is totally my new favorite, although the bag and the shoes are a bit challenging, I love the look of the entire collection and the simplicity of the color scheme. It’s inspired me to re-do our bathroom. Again.
We still have a few more new collections in the works, I’ll be sure to post them as soon as possible. Until then, there’s not much new to report from MoHo. Except that we FINALLY sent out the invites to the Hoe Down and I can’t wait to post pics of the invitations.
