I’m not going to be able to host a Swap for the Holidays, I feel it’s too late now to give you adequate time to assemble a fabulous package and get it shipped on time for it to be enjoyed more than a couple of days before Christmas. Sorry about that.
I do, however have a great blog friend who has volunteered to host a Winter Swap. Think snowmen, snowflakes, mittens, penguins, polar bears, hot chocolate, hot cider, hot buttered rum, mulled wine, glogg, eggnog (I think you can drink eggnog through….well it’s Winter in Mount Holly until after Easter). Check back for more details soon!
In the meantime, if you haven’t joined any other swaps, here are some photos from the Fall Foodie Swap.
From Erin to Jenny.
From Jonna to Kim. (poor Kim, way down in Texas without any Fluff)
Pretty packages from Slack to Barefoot Bird
Before the pretty wrapping job.
My package to Seashells and Silver.
Sarabeth’s jam, right from the original Sarabeth’s on Amsterdam in the Upper West Side, home made dog treats and spiced pecans.
Delicious looking fancy pasta from Severino in NYC, fall dishtowels, and hand written recipe cards.
Cranberry sugar and more homemade dog treats.
A box of Fall Foliage cookies and a fun fall colored bowl.
I really did stay in budget since I made a lot of different things.
I apologize to my partner Seashells and Silver, I loved the package you sent me and I just can’t find the photo right now. Just so you know, I scarfed that Biscoff stuff in like 5 days. It was perfect on apples and just a big spoon. Any chance you could tell me where to get some more???
Also, Jenny had some photos of her beautiful, hand made pumpkin cupcake toppers on her blog, but again I’m too lazy to go get them off her blog, so you’ll have to forgive me.
All in all I would say that the Fall Foodie Swap was a great success with only a couple minor glitches, but everything seemed to have worked out in the end.
I look forward to the Winter swap and hope you’ll all sign up when it’s time!!

Well, I certainly lucked out! You sent me an absolutely fabulous cache of goodies and I so appreciate all the time you put in to making all the yummy extras!
I’m so glad you enjoyed the Biscoff spread! We’re almost out and I don’t know when I’ll get more. Here’s a link to the spread on the Biscoff website: http://www.biscoff.com/gourmet/shop?method=itembuy&itemid=0814
I bought it while it was on a pretty good sale, and I may have to wait until I’m really desperate before I can bring myself to pay $17 for one jar…oh, the torture! Yes, you can thank me now that I’ve got you hooked on something that rivals platinum and gas in an ounce for ounce price comparison

I have yet to post photos on my blog but I had a fabulous swap partner. Any chance you might share your (or a similar) recipe for the pecans? One of my favorite treats!
