How do I ship my cookies to someone else?
Your ship to: information can be changed in the Shipping Information section on the Paypal Review Your Payment Page, just before you pay.

What if I have the wrong shipping address?

If you have an incorrect shipping address and your package has not been shipped, you can call A Dozen Eggs at 802.259.9109 and we can correct it for you. Or if you prefer, you can email the correct shipping information to info@adozeneggs.com

How much does it cost to ship my package?
A Dozen Eggs charges a flat shipping fee of $9.00 for orders up to $55.00, $15.00 for orders up to $99.00, and $22.00 for orders $99.00 and above. These prices are for Standard Ground shipping in the 50 United States.

International shipping is billed at a $50.00 flat rate for all orders. Depending on the final shipping costs, A Dozen Eggs will refund any additional shipping fees. For International shipping quotes, please contact us by email at info@adozeneggs.com.

How long does it take for my cookies to arrive?
With the exception of a few of our most popular cookies, A Dozen Eggs cookies are made to order. It generally takes 3 to 5 business days to produce the cookies and 1 to 5 business days for shipping.

For most residential deliveries, A Dozen Eggs cookies will ship US Priority Mail and will arrive in approximately 2-3 days from the shipment date, however, exact arrival date is not guaranteed. We cannot track Priority Mail packages and they are generally delivered separate from regular mail. If the recipient is not home, a notice is left in the mailbox.

For Special Orders and Business Delvieries, A Dozen Eggs cookies cookies are shipped UPS Ground and will arrive in approximately 1-5 days from the shipment date. We are able to track UPS Ground packages.

What if my package does not arrive?
You will be notified by email, if we are provided with an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us. A Dozen Eggs will not refund your money for incorrect shipping information or packages refused by recipients. We will ship a new tin of cookies at half the cost, but shipping will be charged at full price. If A Dozen Eggs put an incorrect address on the box, we will refund your purchase, or ship a new package at no charge to you.
